We collect the information you submit through our forms. On the contact form this is your name, email address, subject, and message. On the subscribe page this is your name, email address, and, if you choose an SMS category, your mobile phone number and the consent selections you made.

When you submit an SMS consent we also record the consent timestamp, the page the consent was submitted from, the version of the consent disclosure shown to you, your browser user agent, and, where our hosting provider makes it available, the IP address of the request.

We use your information to respond to written inquiries, to operate the Drive Safety Systems SMS program for the categories you selected, and to maintain records demonstrating that consent was given. We do not use your information for any other purpose.

The Drive Safety Systems SMS program sends only the categories you selected. Those categories are:

• Drive Safety Systems Account Notifications. Account notifications from Drive Safety Systems related to your subscription, such as guide delivery, content access updates, opt-in confirmations, opt-out confirmations, and replies to HELP requests. Message frequency varies based on account activity.
• Drive Safety Systems Marketing. Recurring marketing SMS messages from Drive Safety Systems, including promotional offers, announcements about new Drive Safety Systems products and services, featured website resources, special campaigns, and updates about newly available guides and tools. Message frequency varies, generally up to 4 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT to cancel, or HELP for help. Full program details are in our SMS Terms of Service.

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

We share this information only with the messaging service provider that delivers text messages on our behalf, strictly for the purpose of sending the messages you requested.

This website uses only the cookies and local storage required for the site to function. We do not run advertising trackers or sell browsing data. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated before that change takes effect.

We keep inquiry messages for as long as needed to answer them and keep SMS consent records for as long as you remain subscribed plus the period required to evidence consent and opt out after you unsubscribe.

You may stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT to any message. You may also email hello@drivesafetysystems.com to request that we stop messaging you or delete the information you submitted.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect information submitted through this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim that it is.

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, email hello@drivesafetysystems.com and we will delete it.

Our content may link to manufacturer documentation or public safety resources. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this policy. The revision date at the top of this page will change when we do, and material changes to the SMS program will also be reflected in the SMS Terms.
